Our Story

Dimensions IT Solutions (DITS) is a Libyan technology company headquartered in Benghazi. We build, integrate, and operate the systems institutions depend on: payment infrastructure for banks, platforms for government, and software for businesses across Libya.

Our story starts with a clear gap. Libya's institutions needed enterprise-grade technology built for their reality — local payment rails, Arabic-first users, and connectivity that cannot always be taken for granted. We set out to close that gap with qualified Libyan talent: engineers, designers, and consultants who understand both the technology and the market it serves.

Today DITS serves public and private organizations across sectors, from banking and government to telecom, healthcare, and oil and gas. Alongside client work, we design and run our own products — iSend for SMS messaging, DPay for payments, and BotiChat for conversational commerce — platforms in daily production use across Libya.

    We do not just deliver projects — we operate platforms. iSend is Libya's first and largest SMS gateway. DPay aggregates the country's major payment gateways behind one free API. BotiChat automates sales conversations on Facebook and Instagram. Running our own products keeps our engineering honest: we live every day with what we build.

  2. Depth in banking and payments

    From EFT switching and card issuance to wallets, acquiring, and reconciliation, payments are our home ground. We work with the rails Libyan businesses actually use — Moamalat, MobiCash, EDFali, and OnePay among them.

  3. Bilingual by design

    Arabic is not an afterthought in our work. We design Arabic-first interfaces, engineer true right-to-left layouts, and author both languages natively — in our clients' products and in our own.

  4. Local presence, local answers

    We are based in Benghazi and reachable on the channels Libyan clients actually use, WhatsApp included. When something needs attention, you talk directly to the team that built your system — in your language and your time zone.
