This policy explains what information we collect when you use dits.ly, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep it short and honest — this site is a company website, not a data-harvesting operation.
Who we are
DIMENSIONS IT SOLUTIONS LTD ("DITS", "we") is a Libyan technology company. Benghazi headquarters: University District, Tripoli Road — behind Jumhouria Bank. What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject, message, and the language you were browsing in. Browsing the site does not require an account and does not build a profile of you.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal for you.
- To keep a record of our correspondence while a project or enquiry is active.
- Nothing else — we do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set tracking cookies and does not currently run analytics. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy first and keep any measurement as privacy-respecting as practicable.
Embedded maps
Our contact page embeds Google Maps so you can find our offices. When the maps load, your browser communicates with Google, which may receive your IP address and device information and may set its own cookies. That processing is governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours. If you prefer not to load Google content, you can use the written addresses and directions links instead.
Our product platforms
Our products — iSend, DPay, boti, Dalel and iMail — run on their own domains and have their own terms and privacy policies appropriate to what they do. This policy covers dits.ly only.
Security and retention
Contact submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and are readable only by authorized DITS staff. We keep them for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain reasonable business records, then delete them.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@dits.ly and we will respond promptly.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Libya.
