Payments are DITS's home ground. We design, build and integrate the systems that move money in Libya — from the EFT switch at the centre of a bank to the wallet app in a customer's hand. Our clients are banks, fintechs, telecom operators and government institutions that need payment infrastructure engineered for the Libyan market.

We are clear about our role on every engagement. We build custom payment platforms, we integrate and localise partner systems, and we connect both to Libya's live payment rails — Moamalat, MobiCash, EDFali and OnePay among them — over ISO 8583 and ISO 20022. Where a project calls for a partner platform rather than a custom build, we say so, and we own the delivery end to end.

What we deliver

EFT Switching & Payment Processing

The switch is the heart of a bank's payment estate: it routes, authorizes and settles every transaction across ATM, POS, e-commerce and mobile channels. We build and integrate multi-channel EFT switches and real-time processing platforms on ISO 8583 and ISO 20022 — including omnichannel merchant acquiring, configurable routing and fees, clearing and settlement, and interoperability with Libya's national payment infrastructure. Solutions are designed to coexist with the core systems a bank already runs.

Card Issuance & Prepaid Programs

End-to-end card programs for Libyan issuers: debit, prepaid and virtual cards with card management, personalization, PIN management and tokenization. Prepaid programs cover payroll cards, government disbursement and general-purpose reloadable products — a practical route to cashless payments in a cash-heavy market.

Digital Banking & Mobile Wallets

Customer-facing banking channels built for Libya: mobile and internet banking, QR payments, and full mobile-money platforms with P2P transfers, cash-in and cash-out through agent networks, and merchant payments. We design for real local conditions — Arabic-first RTL interfaces, USSD channels and offline-tolerant flows for areas with unreliable connectivity.

Payment Security & Fraud Prevention

Security engineered into the transaction path itself: 3-D Secure, EMV, tokenization, HSM-backed key management and real-time fraud monitoring with volume and velocity controls. Payments Operations: Monitoring, Reconciliation & Analytics

Keeping the estate healthy after go-live: real-time ATM and POS network monitoring with uptime dashboards and alerting, multi-way reconciliation between the switch, core banking and network files, and transaction analytics covering channel performance, revenue and dispute trends. The goal is simple — fewer outages, faster settlement, and no silent revenue leakage.

Financial Inclusion & Agent Banking

Most Libyans still deal in cash — reaching them is both a mandate and a market. We build agent-banking networks, tiered simplified-KYC onboarding, micro-payment services and government-to-person disbursement channels that extend banking beyond the branch, over the channels people already have: mobile apps, USSD and agents.

API Management & Open Banking

The full API lifecycle for financial institutions: design, gateway, OAuth 2.0 security, rate limiting, developer portals and monitoring. We help banks expose payment and account services safely to fintechs and partners — the groundwork for an open-banking ecosystem in Libya.

Bill Payments & Remittance

Biller aggregation that lets customers pay electricity, telecom, internet and government fees from any channel — app, web, agent or POS — with real-time posting and automatic reconciliation. On the remittance side, we build inbound and outbound transfer processing with AML and KYC screening and flexible payout options, from bank accounts to wallets.
