Frequently asked questions

What services does DITS provide?

We work across seven areas: banking and payment solutions, web and software development, mobile app development, enterprise systems and digital transformation, AI and data, cyber security and managed IT, and creative and digital marketing. Alongside client projects, we operate our own platforms — iSend for SMS, DPay for payments, and BotiChat for social-media automation.

How does an engagement with DITS start?

It starts with a free consultation: you tell us what you are trying to achieve, and we ask the right questions. If you prefer, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share any details. You then receive a written proposal with a clear scope, timeline, and cost — and work begins only once you approve it.

Do you work with clients outside Benghazi or outside Libya?

Yes. Our headquarters is in Benghazi, and we serve clients across Libya — most of our work is delivered remotely, with on-site visits when a project calls for them. We also take on work for organizations in the wider region.

Can you integrate Libyan payment gateways into our app or website?

Yes — this is one of our core strengths. We integrate Moamalat, MobiCash, EDFali, OnePay, and other Libyan payment gateways, and we build and operate DPay, a free gateway that aggregates them behind a single API. Whether you connect to gateways directly or through DPay, we handle the integration end to end.

Do you build bilingual or Arabic-first applications?

Yes — it is how we build everything. We design Arabic-first interfaces with true right-to-left layouts, and we deliver both languages from one codebase and one content model, so the Arabic and English versions never drift apart. Our own products run fully in Arabic.

What support do you offer after delivery?

Every project can be paired with a support agreement that defines response times, communication channels, and escalation paths. We support clients by phone, WhatsApp, and email, and we tailor coverage to how critical the system is — a public payment service and an internal tool do not need the same SLA.

How does iSend SMS pricing work?

iSend packages are priced by message volume, with separate transactional and promotional tiers, and they cover the Libyana and Al-Madar networks. Rates improve as your volume grows. For the current price list — and help choosing the right package — contact us at info@dits.ly or through the contact page.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope — honestly. A marketing website usually takes a few weeks; a custom web or mobile application commonly runs two to six months; larger enterprise and banking integrations take longer and are delivered in phases. Your proposal always includes a concrete timeline before any work begins.
